Within 48 hours, you get a detailed proposal with timeline, deliverables, and fixed pricing. No hourly billing, no scope creep.

3. Kickoff & Execute

Sign the SOW, pay the first milestone. We start within one week. Weekly updates so you always know where things stand.

Can I start with an audit and upgrade later?

Yes. Most clients start with the GTM Stack Audit, then move into CRM Architecture or Fractional RevOps based on the audit findings. Audit cost is credited toward any subsequent engagement.

What platforms do you work with?

Primarily Salesforce and HubSpot. We also work with adjacent tools like Outreach, Gong, Marketo, Pardot, and most common sales/marketing automation platforms.

What size companies do you work with?

Series A through Series C SaaS companies, typically 20-500 employees. We're built for teams that have outgrown their DIY stack but aren't ready for a full in-house RevOps team.

How is the fractional retainer billed?

Monthly, prepaid. 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts.

What if I need more than 20 hours/month?

We offer a 40-hour retainer at $9,000/month for teams with higher-volume needs. Custom scoping available for larger engagements.

Do you offer implementation support post-audit?

Yes. The audit roadmap is designed to be executed either by your team or by RevLab. We can quote implementation as a separate project or fold it into a retainer.
